Given the amount of information and its complexity, this round of consultation was split into two steps. First, key findings and preliminary options were presented at an open house drop-in session and then public input and comments were sought at two identical workshop meetings.
The Information Open House was held on Saturday, March 31 to learn about work completed on the project to date and to review preliminary options for the future of the Port Lands. Information provided at the Information Open House is available below:
- Open House Agenda
- 4 concise handouts that summarize background on the Port Lands and work completed to date and preliminary options for moving forward for 3 main topics: flood protection, naturalization and green space; economics, markets and financing; and development planning and phasing.
